Te Tahaawai marae originally the old native school from across the creek, has been our marae since the early 1970's located at 241 Weber Road Pupuke, Far North. There have been many whanau who have helped to uphold the legacy of our Marae. We all have parents, grandparents, sons and daughters, aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who have been involved and shared in the mahi of our Marae. Every step taken by each person who has sat at either the Trustee and/or Komiti table, attended meetings, working bees and helped with fundraising has helped lead us to today. We are now focused on a better today to ensure the fruition of a better tomorrow. Together whanau we are stronger Hapu.
